CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy – Loc’s By Shantez LaQuanda LLC Out of respect for my time and other clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 30% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee. Please understand that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Timely communication helps keep the schedule flowing smoothly for everyone.
